Yes, an extensive screening process before hiring with MVS+™ is done. All staff have clearance from the National Bureau of Investigation (FBI counterpart in the Philippines). As part of our requirements to work online, scribes are mandated to register their computer with the Philippine National Public Key Infrastructure (PNPKI). They are then required to obtain a digital certificate by the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT). The purpose of this is to allow users of public networks like the Internet to exchange private data securely.

At MVS+™ we prioritize the security of our clients. As previously stated, our scribes are all HIPAA certified. MVS+™ maintains HIPAA compliance through HIPAAMATE.COM. MVS+™ Services (Keedon, LLC) maintains cyber security coverage and professional liability coverage.

We have a fixed hourly fee of $10/hour only.

There are no start-up costs, and you would in fact save, not only time, but money, with MVS+™ scribes, (since you won't have additional expenses for office space, computers, and other office resources needed by an in-person scribe).

All you need is a tablet or a laptop and an internet connection and you are ready to start. 

There is no long term obligation when you use our service, nevertheless, we recommend you work with your MVS+™ scribe for at least 20 hours per week, to be able to experience the full benefits and service that MVS+™ scribes can provide you.

Yes, we can also provide you with receptionists, administrative assistants, sales and marketing assistants. Our virtual assistants can be trained to dedicate their time and efforts to the specific needs of your work and industry.

To demonstrate the efficiency and effectiveness of our service, we provide the first 40 hours of scribe/virtual assistant orientation free of charge to our new clients. After the 40 hours we start our customary standard fee, as mentioned above.
